The Palestinian Center for Development and Media Freedoms (MADA) condemns
the arrest of the freelance journalist Mustafa Sabri by Palestinian
Preventive security in Qalqilia city north of the West bank.
 
Sabri’s wife said that members of (PPS) came into their house on Monday 4
January 2010 about 4:45 pm, and they asked Mustafa to accompany them to
their headquarters, but she asked them to give him some time to eat because
he was fasted, but they refused and imitated him with them.
MADA renews its demands to stop all the harassments and violations against
the media freedoms in the occupied Palestinian territories, and also
demands the release of Sabri, whom was subjected to a lot of arrests and
summons in the past three years.
