MADA Reprints the study of "the legal regulation of media freedoms in Palestine”
"MADA" re-printed the study: "The legal regulation of media freedoms in Palestine”, which was issued by the center in late 2011.
The study sheds light on the legal environment related and influential of media freedoms status in Palestine, its impact in restricting and organizing the media, and the extend of its relevance to related international standards.
The study was prepared by the Legal Counsel Rashad Tawam, under the supervision of the lawyer Professor Ahmed Nasra.
